Now clients can set From email as their personal email...

We send all email to Leads from the email address ie: [e-mail] and in the - Reply To - we set the clients email address so that if a Lead replies, a client will get the reply to their desired email address.

The agent now has the option to send emails to Leads from their personal email address
i.e From and – ReplyTo - can now be the agent's email.

This will only be possible for clients that have a PAID email address associated with their domain. For example they must have an email with an email address such as [e-mail]

If the agent is using a free email such as… @gmail.com or @yahoo.com then this option will not work.

To set the agent email as from email follow below steps.

1) Go to My Profile.

           

2) Choose My Profile Email from Send Emails To Leads From radio button.
