How to send hot listing email to Leads

Follow the steps below to send a hot listing email to Leads:

1) Go to the Leads tab and click Send Hot Listing e-Mail button from the Action bar.

             

Or, If you want to send a hot email to a specific lead then go to the lead's profile and then click on Send Hot Listing Email Icon.

2) Then, you will be redirected to the front-end site.

Every listing has a checkbox. You have to check at least one checkbox for listings you want to send as hot listing email. Check the image below. Then click Send Hot Listing Email To Leads

 

3) After Clicking Send Hot Listing Email To Leads, you can select the email template from Select Email Template or manage the email template by clicking on Manage Email Templates.

 

After clicking Manage Email Templates, you will see the email templates and Add New Email Template button where you can add a new template.

 

Note: Please note that you have to add a constant [LISTING_DETAIL] which is replaced with hot listing emails.

             

4) After selecting the Email Template, select a Lead email to send the email.

5) You can preview your email by clicking Preview Email or send the email without previewing by clicking Send Email.
