Follow these steps to change the Signature Settings:
1) Click e-Mail
2) Click Email Signature Settings
- For Saved Search Emails
You can manage the settings of Saved Search Emails (ie: emails sent to Leads who subscribed to new listing alerts).
These settings are for those sites who have activated their CREA or VOW feed.
- Signature
Choose what signature will be shown to Leads in an email.
1. My Profile Signature: Site will add site owner's signature to Saved Search Emails.
2. Agent (who is assigned to Lead ): Site will add agent's signature to Saved Search Emails.
- Reply To - Email Name
Choose what 'Reply To" will be shown to Leads in the email.
1. Site Title and Person's Email (whose signature is set)
2. Person's Name and Email (whose signature is set)
- e-Mail Automation
You can manage the settings of email Templates listed under the tab e-Mail => e-Mail Automation
- Signature
Choose what signature will be shown to Leads in an email.
1. Default as declared in email Template (infield email Template): Site will send an email with the same content in email Template.
2. My Profile Signature: Site will now have the site owner's signature at the end of the email Template.
3. Agent (who is assigned to Lead): Site will now have the agent's signature at the end of the email Template.
- From Email and Name
You can choose what will be shown to Leads on the address of the email.
1. Default as declared in email Automation (infield email From).
2. Site Title and Person's Email (whose signature is set).
3. Site Title and Person's Email (whose signature is set) - NOT for email Automation having a Time Interval, Immediately after profile is created.
4. Person's Name and Email (whose signature is set)
5. Person's Name and Email (whose signature is set) - NOT for email Automation having Time Interval, Immediately after profile is created.
