LeadBooker CRM allows you to add appointments with Leads. To add an appointment, hover on the Task menu then click on the View Booked Appointments menu as shown in the below image.
Add New Appointment
1. Click Add Appointment button.
2. Enter a subject (short description of the appointment). The subject will be shown on your calendar.
3. Enter the Location where you want to start the Appointment and select the Site which belongs to that Lead.
4. Search Lead for whom you want to add an appointment.
5. Enter the start and end time of the appointment. If the appointment continues into the evening, select the All Day Event check box.
6. If you want to receive a reminder for this appointment, select the Reminder check box and indicate how many hours or days ahead of the appointment you want the reminder.
7. Enter any additional notes about this appointment.
