Send a Text Message To a Lead

To Send a Text Message to a Lead, follow these steps below:

You must have an activated Twilio account in order to make calls or Send SMS's in LeadBooker CRM. Click Here to know how to enable a Twilio Account.

1. Go to LEADS menu.

2. Click on the 'Lead Text Message' Icon to send a text message to a Lead. A new pop-up will open that        contains all the messages that you had with the Lead.

3. Type the message you want to send in the text message field as shown in the image below.

4. Expand the pop-up window, if you want to choose any built-in SMS Template.

5. A pop-up will open. Chose your desired SMS Template, then click Send.
