Receive Incoming Calls From Leads

LeadBooker allows handling incoming calls from Leads on your Twilio number.

Follow these steps:

1. Go to CREDITS, PHONE & TEXTING menu.

2. Click Twilio Account.

3. Choose your option in Receive Incoming Calls On the field.

As shown below:

You have three options:-

1) Phone: By choosing this, all the Lead calls to your Twilio number will be transferred to the cell number entered in your account profile section.

2) Browser: By choosing this, all the Lead calls to your Twilio number will be transferred in your browser. To receive incoming calls in the browser, you must have logged in to LeadBooker.

3) None: By choosing this you will not be able to receive incoming calls from Leads. 

Note: Twilio will charge you extra for each call you receive on your mobile and browser.
