This feature allows you to Dial Multiple Leads in a single queue.
For this feature, follow these steps.
You must have a Twilio account in order to make queue calls. (See the articles to manage Twilio in LeadBooker CRM).
1. Go to the LEADS menu.
2. Select the Leads that you want to call.
3. After selecting the leads click Voice Call.
As shown in the image below.
4. Click the 'Start Dialling' button to start the queue, then the call will connect to the first Lead.
- The timer will begin when the Lead picks the call.
- You can hang up the call anytime by clicking the Hang Up button.
- When you end a call, the dialer will dial the next lead in 3 seconds from the last call.
- You can pause the queue by clicking the 'Pause Queue' button. The Pause button will be disabled after dialling the lead.
- The 'Resume Queue' button will resume the queue.

The 'cancel Queue' button is to stop the calling queue.
- The 'Cross button' attached to each lead can remove the lead from the queue.
- The next Lead will be dialled if the Lead does not pick the call.
- After completing the queue, a 'Finished' message will be displayed.
