HTML Form Script

HTML Form Script enables you to add a Lead using the LeadBooker CRM form builder.  Embed the HTML form in any third party website to register a Lead in your LeadBooker CRM.

To manage this feature  Go to LeadBooker CRM  Settings   HTML Form Script (SEE BELOW SCREENSHOT)

1) Site:  Choose a site from the drop-down that you want to assign to a Lead if you have multiple Advance Websites.

2) Source:  Add remarks/lead-title from where the Lead has registered.

3) Manage Form Layout:  Insert your preferred colours and button text.

4) Show/Hide Form Fields: You can show or hide form fields by checking/unchecking checkboxes.

5) Auto Profile Create: Select "Yes" from the drop-down if you want to create a Lead's profile. Otherwise, select "No".

6) Redirect On: We automatically show a "thank you" message to a Lead after registration.  Or you can manage the "thank you" messages on your own or you can redirect the Lead anywhere by selecting your desired "URL".

A)  To save changes, click Change Form Layout.

B) To preview the form, click Preview Form.

C) To copy from the HTML script, click Copy HTML. Paste this HTML where you want to show/add the form.
