Follow the steps below to see if sent emails are opened
1) Go to your LeadBooker CRM.
2) Click on Credits, Phone & Texting.
3) Click on Email Usage Statistics
4) Then you can check the total count of sent emails. Click on any one email log like Mass Email.
5) Then you can check the list of leads who received mass emails and check email open/no-open status in the Status field like the below image.
