How to grant Twilio access to Developer?

1. Login to your account at www.twilio.com.

2. After login, click on the Admin (top right dropdown) > Account management

Or click on the below link
https://console.twilio.com/us1/account/manage-account/manage-users/invite

3) Then Click on the Manage Users and click on the Invite User

4) Enter the email address "[e-mail]" and select the role administrator. When finished, click Send Invitation.
