How to submit Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB) VOW Data Access Agreements

1) Go to https://oas.trreb.ca/oas/common/login.jsp and login with your TREB credentials.

2) After login, click on the “Start New” tab.

3) Then choose, “VOW Data Agreement” and click “Continue”.

4) Then specify technology provider’s information (AVP).

•  Name of AVP: SellingToolz Ltd.

        If SellingToolz Ltd is not listed then select 'New Third Party not in List'

5) Then enter the URLs of your intended websites where you plan to publish the data. TREB requires this information for compliance auditing. You must provide at least one website URL and may include up to three. Note: You can update these URLs at a later date if needed.

6) Then click on the 'Send to AVP' at the bottom right of the page. It's important to note that there are several checkboxes that you must click throughout this agreement, representing your acknowledgment of the terms. Look for the red text.

Great news! Here's what comes next:

1. Your technology provider will receive two emails requesting authorization for your agreements (one per agreement).
2. Once your technology provider grants authorization for the agreements, your broker of record will receive two emails with the same request (one per agreement).
3. After your broker of record authorizes the emails, TREB will be promptly notified that both parties have approved the data agreements.
4. Upon receiving authorization from TREB, your technology provider will be informed that access to the data has been successfully granted
