How to Create a Twilio Primary Customer Profile to Prevent Blocked Calls to +1 Phone Numbers

Twilio has suspended outgoing calls on +1 numbers as of July 8, 2024. To avoid having your calls blocked to +1 phone numbers, you must create a primary profile in the Twilio console.

Here are the step to create twilio primary profile.

1) Log in to your Twilio account and search for "Trust Hub" in the search bar.

2) Click on "Customer Profiles."

3) Then click Create Primary Customer Profiles

4) If you have a Business Registration Number, choose "Business/Organization Profile." If not, choose "Individual Profile."

5) Complete the Profile Information:

• Fill in the required details as per the instructions on the page.
• Review and submit your profile for approval.
