How to view and send mass email to ideal Users

Using this feature you can find out which Leads have not logged in within the X days (Depends upon your chosen filter) and you can send Mass Email to them.

To view idle lead users and to send Mass Email to the idle lead users, log in to LeadBooker and follow the steps below:

1) On LeadBooker CRM's Home page, scroll down to the Most Active Users as shown in the image.

Here is the list of idle lead users who have not logged in for 30 days.  You can customize this.  You can find lead users who have not logged in within the last 60, 90 or 120 days. You can enter custom days by choosing the custom option from the drop-down list and selecting your preferred option. (As shown in the below image.)

2) To send Mass Email to the idle lead users, click Send Mass Email To Idle Users. A Pop-up will open as shown below.

3) Click Select Contacts to select lead users who you want to send the email to.

4) Not Logged In: You can apply this filter to find lead users who have not logged in within the last 30, 60, 90, 120 days (as the selected option). You can also find lead users by custom days by selecting the Custom option from the drop-down.

Lead Register After: You can apply this filter to skip idle lead users which are very old (ie: signed up 1 or 2 years ago). By default, we are fetching the list of idle leads that signed up within the last six months in our system.

 Check the check-boxes for the leads you want to send the email to or you can select all with one click as marked in the below image.

After you selected the idle Leads, fill the appropriate field you want to send the leads.

Then click "Send Email" button as shown in the image below.
