How To Send Mass SMS/TEXT To Leads

You must have a Twilio account in order to send mass SMS/TEXT in LeadBooker CRM.

To send mass SMS/TEXT to Leads, log in to LeadBooker CRM go to the Leads tab and follow these steps:

1) Select the Leads you want to send the SMS and click Send Text SMS option as shown  below:

2) A new pop-up will open with the selected Lead numbers and names.

3) Type a message in the text message field or the User can choose an SMS template by clicking the "Choose SMS Template" button.

4) To use the constants, click the Use constant button and choose the constant you want to use as shown below:

-[LEAD_NAME] constant will be replaced with the Lead's first and last name.

-[FIRST_NAME] will be replaced with the Lead's first name.

-[AGENT_NAME] will be replaced with the agent's(SMS sender) name.
