How To Unsubscribe a Lead From SMS + Email Automation

LeadBooker CRM allows you to unsubscribe a lead from SMS and Emails.

To unsubscribe a lead from SMS and Emails, follow these steps

1. Go to LEADS Lead Summary by clicking the lead as shown in the image below:

2. Click on the Unsubscribe button as shown in the below image:

A pop-up will be opened. Choose your preferred option to unsubscribe. Then click on the Unsubscribe button as shown in the image below:

There is an additional option "Would you like to Subscribe again in future". If clients want to resubscribe again the in future, they can choose a time from the drop-down. It will be auto-resubscribed as per the time selected by the agent.
