Tracking Last Communication with leads (manual activity) i.e SMS, Call, Email and Voicemail each lead will show in the Last Communication column. Note any Action Plan Activity, Mass Emails, Marketing Emails, Automation SMS and Scheduled Activities etc. are not included in last communication. This column is for tracking manual activity only.
You can filter your leads according to last communication.
To adjust the Last Communication filter, follow the below steps:-
1. Choose your preferred filter under the Last Communication label.
a) is not empty:- In this filter, you can see all communicated leads.
b) was less than:- In this filter, you can see all communicated leads after your selected time. For example, to see the leads communicated with in the last 5 days then you can use this filter.
c) was greater than:- In this filter, you can see all communication with leads before your selected time. For example, to see all the leads communicated with before 5 days then you can use this filter.
d) is empty:- In this filter, you can see the leads which are not communicated yet.
