Send MMS To Leads

The user can send MMS to single Leads or to multiple Leads.

1) Send MMS single lead:

The user can send attachments, as shown below, in an MMS text message:

1) Images

2) Audio Recordings

3) YouTube videos

The user can also send Images, Audio Recordings and YouTube videos from the saved SMS templates as shown below.

Note: You must have a Twilio account in order to Send MMS in LeadBooker CRM. (SEE the articles to  Manage Twilio Account in LeadBooker CRM).

The user can attach a maximum of 10 files including images, Audio Recordings and YouTube videos. The size of an MMS should not be more than 5 MB.

1) Images/Photos:

1. Click on the Message Icon you want to send the MMS. A new pop-up will open that contains all the           messages that you had with the Lead.

2. Click on the maximize icon as shown in the image below:

   

3. Type a message in the text field or choose a template that you want to send the Lead.

4. To attach Images in the MMS click on the "Attached Photos" link.

A new pop-up will open with three tabs as shown in the image below:

    A. View Attached Images: Here you can find all your attached images.

    B. MMS Image Gallery: Here you can find all previously uploaded images and you can attach these              images to the MMS.

    C. Upload: From here you can upload new images. Images will be attached to the MMS after                          uploading automatically.

2) YouTube Video: Click here to attach a YouTube video in MMS.

3) Audio/Recording: Click on the Attach Audio link as shown below: 

Select the audio from the drop-down you want to send to the Lead. After selecting the Audio Recording, a play button will appear so you can hear the Audio Recording as shown in the image below:

To add/record audio, go to the CommunicationAudios page.

2). Send MMS to mass Leads:

      1. Go to the LEADS menu.

      2. Select Leads you want to send MMS.

     

3. After clicking on the "Send Text SMS" button. A new pop-up will open with the selected Lead's                number as shown in the image below :

      

4. Type a message in the text field or choose the template you want to send to the Leads.

5. The user can add Photos, YouTube Videos and Audio Recordings by clicking on the Attached            Photos, Attach Video and Attach Audio link as shown in the image above.

After clicking on these links, follow the steps mentioned above to attach Photos, YouTube Videos and Audio Recordings to the MMS.
