To send a voicemail, the user must have an integrated Twilio account. To add/manage audios, log in to Leadbooker CRM. Hover on the Communication menu and then click on the Audios link as shown in the below image or click here to learn more about how to manage voicemail audios in LeadBooker CRM:
LeadBooker CRM provides two methods to send voicemail.
1) Twilio Ringing Voicemail: the Lead will receive the call and audio will be played after they answer the call.
1) iVoiceCast: the Lead will receive the MMS with an audio attachment.
Send Voicemail
The user can send voicemail from the Leads and Lead Summary page by clicking on the voicemail icon as shown in the below image:
A pop-up will open after clicking on the voicemail icon.
Follow the below steps to send voicemail:
1) The user can change the voicemail method by clicking on the upper buttons as shown in the above image.
2) Select the audio to be sent as a voicemail from the drop-down.
3) To manage (record/upload/edit/delete) audios, click on the Click Here To Manage Audios link.
4) Click Send Voicemail to send the voicemail.
Send Voicemail To Mass Leads
The user can send voicemail to mass Leads from the Home and Leads page. Select the Leads you want to send voicemail to and then then click Voicemail as shown in the below image:
A pop-up will open with selected Leads. Follow the below steps to send voicemail to mass Leads.
1) The user can change the voicemail method by clicking on the upper buttons as shown in the below image.
2) To remove a Lead from the list, click on the cross icon.
3) Select the audio to be sent as a voicemail from the drop-down.
4) To manage (audio record/upload/edit/delete) audios, click Click Here To Manage Audios.
5) Click Send Voicemail to send the voicemail.
