Manually Apply Action Plans

The users can manually apply Action Plans in two ways:

1) Mass Apply:

To mass Apply Action Plans manually, log in to LeadBooker CRM and go to the Leads page.

Select the Leads you want to assign Action Plans to, then click Apply Action Plan as shown below:

A pop-up will open with the list of Action Plans. Select the Action Plans you want to assign to the Leads as shown in the image below:

2) Individual Apply:

To apply an individual Action Plan manually, log in to LeadBooker CRM go to the Leads page and then click on the lead as shown in the image below:

Then go to the Lead summary page as shown in the image below:

To apply the Action Plan manually, click on the  Apply Action Plan button  as shown in the image below: 

Then A pop-up will open with the list of Action Plans if added. Choose any one Action Plan to apply and click Activate Plan as shown below:

To view Action Plan activities and what time activities will get applied, click on the Action Plan name as shown in the image below:

Then a pop-up will open with the All-Action Plan activities as shown in the image below:

To pause the Action Plan, select 'Paused' from the drop-down as shown below:
