Email Campaign Reporting

The Email Campaign Reporting section gives you reports and statistics for all your sent Emails and Mass Emails.

Follow these steps:

1. Go to the MASS EMAIL menu.

2. Click Email Campaign Reporting 

Search Date -  Here you can view the reporting/statistics-range of sent emails on the custom date (Current Day/Yesterday/Last 7 Days/Last 30 Days/This Month/Last Month/Custom Range).

Overall Deliverability Summary - In the Delivered Messages, Emails, and Mass Emails Summary section is the reporting/statistics-range of all Sent, Opened, Unique Opened, Clicked Through, Unique Clicked Through messages, emails and mass emails and Opened Rate(%) and Clicked Through(%).

Statistics & Reports - This section includes a list of all sent campaigns/messages and the reporting/statistics-range for the total sent, total opened and the click-through rate.

You can view any sent email by clicking the View icon in the Action column in Statistics & Reports.

Pending Scheduled Campaigns - This lists scheduled emails that have not been sent yet. You can preview or cancel a scheduled email by clicking the links in the list.

Cancelled Email Campaigns - Here you can see the status of canceled email campaigns.
