Receive Incoming Calls From Leads

LeadBooker CRM allows you to receive incoming calls from Leads on your Twilio number.

Follow these steps:

1. Go to CREDITS, PHONE & TEXTING menu.

2. Click Twilio Account.

3. Choose your option in Receive Incoming Calls On the field.

As shown below:

You have three options:-

1) Phone: By choosing this, you will receive all incoming calls from Leads on your phone. The phone number where the incoming call will be transferred is the phone number you updated in your profile.

2) Browser: By choosing this, you will receive all incoming calls from Leads in your browser. To receive incoming calls in the browser you must have logged into LeadBooker CRM.

3) None: By choosing this, you will not be able to receive incoming calls from Leads. 

Note: Twilio will charge you extra for each call you receive on mobile and browser.

Note: For this feature, your Twilio account must be activated.
