It's a never-fail way of keeping in touch with your contacts. When you have assigned an Action Plan to a contact, it schedules a sequence of pre-written follow-up emails or tasks that occur over time. When these scheduled tasks come due, you’re automatically reminded to perform them via email.
An Action Plan consists of a series of emails that are sent automatically to Leads on a regular basis for a set period. This can be a great way to keep your business top-of-mind with Leads who are interested in your listings or service but aren’t ready to make a decision. You can use these emails to answer FAQs, address customer concerns and keep your Leads engaged until they’re ready to buy.
